Terms and Conditions

By joining Pure Desire Models, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a professional, safe, and respectful working environment for everyone involved.

1. Membership

  • No Joining Fee: There is no fee to join Pure Desire Models.

  • Leaving the Agency: You are free to leave at any time. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for account release, dependent on when your final credits are cleared. Accounts will not be released until all outstanding credits have been paid out.

2. Conduct and Behaviour

  • Zero Tolerance for Bullying: Any form of bullying or harassment – including towards management or fellow models – is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be permanently removed from the agency.

  • No Kink Shaming: We support diverse preferences and content styles. Any form of kink shaming will be treated as a form of bullying.

  • Advertising in Chat: Advertising in group chats or communication channels is not allowed without prior written approval.

  • Poaching: Any attempt to solicit or recruit Pure Desire Models’ members during or after your affiliation may result in legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Copyrighted Training Materials: All training and educational content provided by Pure Desire Models is copyrighted. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing this material without written permission will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

4. Payments and Credits

Regular Payments

  • Weekly Payouts: Payments are made every Monday between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

  • AdultWork Payouts: A minimum of 20 credits is required to trigger a payout for AdultWork earnings.

  • Requested/Early Payments: Early payouts may be requested with a minimum of 6 hours’ notice. While these are often processed quickly, they may take up to 24 hours due to availability, including maternity or scheduling circumstances.

No Payout Hold Policy

  • Mandatory Regular Payouts: Credits cannot be held for multiple weeks without prior agreement. Members must allow payouts to be processed regularly.

  • Deferral Exception: You may choose to defer your payouts until your balance reaches 100 to 200 credits. You must provide prior notice of this preference. Any amount over 200 credits will be paid out automatically during the next scheduled payout.

Holding Credits for Boosting

  • Boost Credit Hold: If you wish to retain credits on your account (e.g., for boosting or promotional tools), you must notify us before 12:00 PM on Monday.

  • Maximum Hold Limit: The standard maximum is 10 credits unless a special agreement is made (e.g., for participation in “Member of the Day” slots).

5. International Members

  • Currency & Minimum Payouts: Payments to international members are made in EUROS ONLY, unless otherwise agreed. Due to additional transaction fees, the minimum payout is 50 credits.

  • Processing Times: International payments are processed on Mondays, but may take a few days to reach you depending on your bank and any verification processes.

  • UK Bank Exception: If you’re based internationally but receive payments into a UK bank account in GBP, these international terms do not apply to you.

6. Final Notes

Pure Desire Models reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through official channels, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
