NO JOINING FEES

Joining is completely free, and full onboarding is provided, including training, profile setup, and verification. Our aim is to ensure you’re fully supported from the start.

GDPR and ICO Compliant

Our agent and friendly managers are fully GDPR trained and ICO compliant, ensuring your personal details are completely secure. We’re also registered with Companies House and pay our taxes, so you can trust that we’re a legitimate business and not a “scam.”

LOW AGENCY FEES

At Pure Desire Models we have one of the lowest agency fees available. This means that for every 1 credit you earn you make 60p rather than the 55p offered by most sites. Over time this can add up to a much larger income helping you on your way to financial independence.

Weekly Pay

Say goodbye to waiting weeks for your first payment! Earn this week and get paid the next. Our standard payday is every Monday afternoon.

Low Minimum Payout

While the third-party streaming site we use requires a minimum payout of 150 credits, we offer payouts starting at just 20 credits, giving you easy access to your earnings whenever you need them.

Counselling

We provide counseling sessions for our models because we understand the mental challenges of the industry. Supporting our models' well-being is a core value. The first session is on us!

Training

At Pure Desire, we offer free, ongoing training to all our models as part of the experience. . There are no "stupid" questions—our goal is to ensure the success of every model. Our dedicated training site offers over 40 pages of detailed information, and you’ll have access to unlimited one-on-one sessions whenever you need them. We’re here to help you succeed, every step of the way!

Support

All models are added into one of our group chats, each chat has its own experienced admin tea,. This is where you will receive support and advice in both group and 1-1 settings. A friendly, inclusive and supportive community is what Pure Desire Models is all about.

Meet ups!

We organize model meet-ups, providing a great chance to collaborate, create content, and exchange ideas with others in the industry. Our recent two-night stay in Sheffield was a highlight, with several models being personally invited to our agent’s home for content shoots and in-person workshops. These events are all about building connections, boosting your content, and growing together in a supportive environment.

Business Banking

Payments are made from a registered business account, eliminating the risk of account shutdown. Many other agencies use personal accounts, which can lead to sudden closures due to bank terms of service violations.

I joined PDM in July after turning 32 - I had signed up to another agency a while prior but had nothing but aggravation trying to get verified and then actually having any help. There was no training & I felt like it just wasn’t for me but I am SO glad I found PDM on TikTok. I immediately messaged Emma and that was where my cam journey began! I was made to feel so welcome, the training they give you is second to none with managers on hand for 1 to 1 calls when you need them and the progression within the agency is real..
